“Jiangsu New Energy Special Cable Engineering Technology Research Center” is constructed by relying on Suzhou Baohing Electric Wire & CableCo., Ltd. It is a provincial engineering technology research center, which specializes in the research and development of new energy special cables. Suzhou Baohing Electric Wire & Cable co., Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprises subordinate to Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited. It is dedicated to the research, production and sales of cables in new energy fields. It is well known in new energy fields such as photovoltaic, electric cars and wind energy, electric car, wind energy, and various environmental protection cable and cable materials applications. It has strong market development ability and flexible management mechanism, with advanced equipment for production, research and test. It has a strong technical force and is well known in new energy fields such as photovoltaic, electric cars and wind energy.

At present, the research and development center covers an area of 4160 m2, with complete infrastructure for transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The center has established perfect R&D management system. There are more than 40 experienced engineers with relevant product development experience in the research and development center. The major engineers have more than ten years of development experience. The R&D center has perfect operation mechanism, clear management system and incentive system, which ensure the normal operation of the various works and the monitoring and progress control of product development process in R&D center. 

The center also cooperates with scientific research institutes of colleges and universities actively. It has worked with Changzhou University, Harbin Polytechnic University and Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute for industry-university-research cooperation and scientific research cooperation successively. The Center has achieved many research results in the photovoltaic cable, charging pile cable, industrial robot cable, rail transit locomotive cable, etc.
